I’m an engineering leader based in Aley, Lebanon, with 18+ years of professional software experience across enterprise systems, cloud products, and applied AI.

From building systems
to helping teams deliver.

My career has moved from hands-on development into architecture, team leadership, and engineering management. I have worked on enterprise workflow systems, performance problems in established products, and the integration of AI into operational software.

At BigHand, I manage multiple workflow engineering teams across legal and healthcare products. My current work also covers AI adoption and governance and guardrails within an agentic SDLC proof of concept.

I bring that combination of implementation experience and organizational responsibility to conversations about architecture, AI adoption, and delivery.

    BigHand

    Software Engineering Manager

    I manage multiple workflow engineering teams across legal and healthcare products, lead AI adoption, and lead governance and guardrails work within an agentic SDLC proof of concept.

  2. Mar 2022–Aug 2025

    BigHand

    Software Engineering Lead

    SmartTime performance and modernization work through November 2023, followed by leadership of the healthcare team through August 2025. The healthcare work connected external AI capabilities to an Azure workflow platform.

    I took ownership of SmartTime, stabilized the existing MVC and SQL application, and established a weekly release cadence. That work continued at BigHand.
